Our condo is in GranDevine, an award-winning school restoration. The building’s 1930’s charm is enhanced with modern spaces and amenities. The condo has 1122 sq ft of well-planned space. Featuring a modern loft aesthetic, you’ll find everything you need, including memory foam beds and comfy furniture. The layout features a split plan. To your right of the entry, there is hallway leading to the bathroom and a bedroom with a king bed, along with full-size laundry. To the left of the entry, the hallway leads to a beautifully renovated open-concept kitchen, eating area, and living room featuring beautiful exposed brick and a wall of windows bringing gorgeous dappled light, and another bedroom with a king bed, en-suite bath and walk-in closet. The kitchen features stainless appliances, coffee-maker, blender, toaster, and is well-stocked for cooking. The living area features fold-out couch and a variety of seating options, an eating area, a dedicated workspace, and a 70” TV. You’ll have access to our community pool from May - September
